What we collect

When you use the SitePilot client portal or our apps, we keep the account details needed to sign you in, along with basic sign-in records such as the time of sign-in and a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address used to block abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, provide the services you ask for, keep service records, secure your accounts, and run our business. Information submitted through a contact or access-request form is used to respond to that request.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your information. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

This website does not use tracking cookies. The SitePilot portal and apps use cookies that are required to keep you signed in.
Client data in our apps
Data your business stores in SitePilot apps (such as customers, schedules or finances) belongs to your business. We access it only to provide, support and secure the service, or when you ask us to.
